Peninsula Carpet Court

Ordered flooring from this business, was told flooring would arrive within 2 weeks. I did not hear anything back after 2 weeks. When I then phoned them they advised me they had no record of my order although they did know my address. I would not recommend this business.

A carpet rep came to our home and cut out a piece of our carpet to colour match. The end result is new carpet around 3 shades darker than our existing so we have miss matched carpet at the joins of our bedrooms, it looks really horrible. When I called up to have this corrected the area manager had no interest in fixing the issue despite me sending in photos etc. See photo below. Would you be happy if your carpet looked like this?
