They didn't even try to deliver, I just got sent a text message that no one was home. Happened two days in a row.

Just lazy, poor service. Don't use them

Sending a parcel to Sandy Bay from Victoria has taken 7 days so far without sucess. Rang twice to provide more information for the driver incase he did not know where the TASMANIAN ART GALLERY is, to be told it will be delivered the next day. Nada .... rang again to seek a new delivery date and again was told tomorrow. Nada .... Would I recommend this to a friend ... nada nope no way!

My delivery arrived at the depot (1hour from my house) on the 31st May. I was told it would be delivered 2nd June. Didn't arrive. Then told 6th June. Didn't arrive. They told me it would be delivered today, 9th June. Hasn't arrived. I called the operator and she said it can be bought forward to the 13th June! 2 weeks to receive a parcel that has been sitting in a depot 1 hour from my house! I have a very disappointed 8 year old who has been waiting and waiting for the parcel to arrive. Poor service.

having a parcel delivered to Dunalley Tasmania 7177. to be told that it was going to be arriving at 5pm when it was 5.30pm '. then was told to ring back tomorrow with a very agressive lady from the Brisbane phone office and as i quote hung the phone on us, very good public relations.ref no agn100009960 would you send a parcel through them....
