Carpet Factory Outlet

I am baffled by my experience with this business. 9 weeks after ordering carpet for one room and paying my deposit I have had to cancel the order. Why? They don't come when they say they will, they don't call when they say they will, they didn't even order the carpet until 6 weeks had passed and then they couldn't find it on the very day they were meant to install it, but they didn't seem to care or do anything about that. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes. They don't seem to care AT ALL!

Worst service and business I have ever experienced.
