They are very very rude. I called them on behalf of my friend who is having a home lease contract with them. We just asked to get a lock in the room because there were some things which got stolen from the home. So it was the matter of privacy and safety. The guy named Alex was very rude to us and just banged the phone by saying "Who are YOU". I got stunned for a second to hear this. How can you treat a person like that when you are being a representative of your a company. This is so unprofessional. My friend was still in shock because her passport got stolen just some days before she was going to her home country. That is why I was talking to them on her behalf. Despite of helping or providing suggestion to us the guy just banged the phone very rudely. I called him back and asked him how can you just cut a call like that. Then again he said some rude words and cut the call again. At least they could have done much better job by helping the tenant rather than banging the phone and being rude. Very unprofessional guys.
