Excellent, Friendly & qualified staff that get to know you & your needs. Nothing is a problem. They even have highly qualified exercise physiologists which work with you, your Dr, your physio & your insurance company, taking much of the headache & stress out of both accident & post op recovery without doing any further damage to your body. Helping us to reach our goals & lead a happier, healthier & longer life. Can't believe how good it is compared to other local gyms & how competitive it is for costs too. Plus it's open 24 hours / 7 Days a week. That & the fact that they have child minding & the Spring Loaded centre, in the same building is another bonus. Is it any wonder that they are the regions most awarded Health Club / Gym. Well done to the owners & the staff that make it a great place to work out.

Having a medical condition makes finding the right exercise program difficult. The staff have been great in helping me work out what I can and can't do and developing a program that I was able to achieve. Can not recommend them highly enough especially Kylie my PT.
