Waterloo Cup Hotel

I've been taking a large group of people (20+)
here a couple of times a year for the last few years.

Last night was our worst experience.
While some people got their food quickly, others waited for over an hour for their meal, and some of them were only Luke warm when served.
The staff were very friendly and apologetic, but the standards here have dropped badly.
I had booked originally for 40 but ended up with 20, and they struggled.. I'd have hated to have seen the serving times if the full group showed up....
It's unfortunate that things are this way at present... When we first started going here it was a great place to eat with well priced, and tasty meals.
