A Class Powder Coating P/L

I have used A class Powdercoating 3 times now. The quality of job is very good, their customer service is comically dismal. My last experience was when I dropped off my front suspension 6 weeks ago with Baz the owner. I collected them this week and they literally were exactly where I left them six weeks ago. Untouched

I will never touch them again and unless you're looking for a modern day Basil Fawlty experience I would suggest staying away too

I had been dealing with this firm for almost 10 years despite my engineer whoihad worked for another firm once, asking me to try someone else. We sent a security gate to be coated. Unfortunately the lock was in it. We could not get it out or work it so I took back the gate and asked if they could get it out. It had to go through the oven again to melt the coating. I was abused, told they were not "lock smiths". He then went down and yelled at the guys who did the job. I never asked for it to be done for nothing. I have never asked this him for a quote and rarely a time frame. I never asked for it to be dome straight away. He got the lock out and a few hours later rang to say I could pick the gate up. I went back the next day and was thanking him for doing it so quickly when he started a tirade and said that was the last job he would ever do for me. I have had to replace the lock and handle at over $100. Another customer said to me when there. "You have to catch him in a good mood" The thing is he is now very busy. I had a bike trailer powder coated here and I'm so happy with the result. Charlotte and Bas took time to help me choose colour and to carefully remove small parts that would have been damaged by the process. Great result, service and price.

Baz powdetcoated two security window gates for me in a white satin finish. They came up exactly how I'd hoped. The colour was perfect and so was the low sheen finish. The two gates had triple barrel locks on them and Baz put back together both locks after completing the job. He even lent me a drop sheet so they wouldn't scratch each other when I transported then home. I found the family run business very friendly and accommodating and the price charged was very very reasonsble with a job well done. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone considering having a powdercoating job completed. Thanks Baz and family.
