They take orders and your money but they don't send the goods. Their Sales line is open but the service line will leave you hanging for 30 mins before cutting you off. I repeat DON'T - JUST DON'T GO THERE

Soon as they have your money , they run and hide . How does the Victorian Consumer affairs let them keep doing what they do ? They need a Current Affair to expose them.

They are SCAMMERS. Do not buy from this company. Once they have your credit card details, they will call you and mention a "sales promotion" and proceed to charge your credit card without your approval nor knowledge. They are scammers. We have had $2200 dollars charged on our business credit card and have been attempting to get a refund for over 2 months with no success. They don't answer emails and phone calls and just leave you in the dark. Their business should be banned from practice in Australia. We are currently seeking ACCC and QCAT proceedings against them.

Do not trust them, over 6 months and still no refund.

They will also charge your credit card for items you didn’t even purchase then Never refund.

Very surprising to see any 5 star reviews for this company, however it's very interesting almost all of them come from one time reviewers.



From my experience the customer service is terrible, and when something goes wrong expect to wait many months if a refund is required. Nearly 4 months on and the refund still hasn't been provided by this deceitful company.



Also this company does not respond when asked to remove you from their constant spam, and 4 months on, I am still waiting for my refund as the product they sold me was not suitable, universal does not mean universal apparently.



Product quality is also very questionable, I've seen their products installed on customer sites that aren't that old and early failure is common.



Never give them your mobile number either as no matter what you do they will continue to send you spam advertising their products, even if you say STOP by reply text or even calling them.



Spammers and fraudulent, avoid at all costs.

I have been using this company against my better judgement, but no more. It’s been over 72 hours since I sent two emails and left voice messages. STILL NO RESPONSE. Absolutely pathetic,
