Precedence Windows & Doors

I couldn't recommend this business or the company that manufactures the windows they supply (Marvin). It was annoying from beginning to end. The worst bit was that the windows arrived 2.5 months late which held up our construction site for that time. Those delays cost us significantly. We had to drag updates out of them, dates changed, were wrong then promised and passed by.
When the windows arrived they were mostly good but they were poorly finished (minor defects but lots of them) and two sets were permanently damaged from transport. They blamed the builder (who had been careful enough to take photos as soon as they were unwrapped) and offered paltry compensation to cover the damage. Marvin Windows in America weren't any help, they didn't bother to return my phone calls or emails during the delays. As far as the workmanship was concerned, Marvin didn't seem to care about that either.
The tribunal is our next step to negotiate better financial compensation but don't you just wish it didn't have to come to that?
