Spoke to my real estate about having an electric oven repaired and was linked to Unit Appliances Victoria.



I received 2 calls from them at the tail end of February which I missed as they called me during business hours and I was unable to take the calls (I was then unfortunately struck down with a sinus, throat and chest infection, further delaying the process on my end).



I called them on 01.03.2018 and was advised that they could arrange a technician to come out on 06.03.2018 between 11am - 3pm. At 3pm I called them to advise that a technician had not arrived as discussed.



They had no record of the telephone conversation and had not logged the job.



They then assured me that a technician will attend on 08.03.2018 between 11 - 3pm. At 2:44pm still no technician. He arrived at 3:50pm (not his fault - traffic).



He attended and was here for about 5 minutes, stating the issue was with the selector switch and he can try and get a part but that the oven type may have been discontinued.



So after all that stuff around - still no functioning oven.



To say I am less than impressed with this company would be an absolute understatement.

Called up to fix a fridge ...tech. came in on time but had no idea how to open the fridge. ..had to tell him where the screws were and what to do with it..changed the part and charged $240 for 30 min work despite being told $88 for first half hour and parts extra (parts were for only $35)...the fridge stopped working after 3 days again ...called and the call centre shrugs off their responsibility as he is only a contractor who works for them and got nothing to do with Unit appliances despite them having done the booking. Called the Tech. and was very rude when i told him that the fridge has stopped working again.Requested to come in asap and this person tells me "NOT AN AMBULANCE SERVICE"...WILL COME IN WHEN I HAVE TIME OVER NEXT 2 WEEKS. ..along with all the filthy language....first and last time using these people ...NEVER AGAIN

Guy who was calling keep on giving different times. No talking sense as we are so desperate for him. Completely waste of my time. Keep on giving later times as we have no other job than waiting for him. There are more than thousands of other repairers. ADVISED TO CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE. 3 different times still didn't turn up.

I am not a fussy customer but you make me do this. Thanks.

we have booked the appointment with UNIT technician they come and gave solution for my washing machine we were very happy with their service and instruction I will recommend for them for everyone.

Your service manrepaired mywashing machinethis morning and I was most impressed with the service.he found the problem very quickly and repaired my washing machine. he was very polite and friendly and I will recommend your company to my friends. so well don. It was so nice to have a service man who is realiable and trustworthy

Waste of time. Rang up, gave them all the details, booked in a time. Morning they are supposed to come they ring back to stay that can't actually fix my brand of oven. Now I'm another day behind getting my oven fixed and I have to start again trying to find a repair.

Very unhappy, they were meant to arrive between 10-2 but showed up at 3:45 only to charge a ridiculous $88 to tell us we need to spend $400 to fix our washing machine. We basically sat at home all day and paid money to be told we had a broken washing machine. Complete ripoff.

It was pleasure to deal with Chulan from Unit Aplliances. He fixed my washing machine, he did a great job. I was very happy with the service i got, and i was also happy with their charges, the girls in the office are very nice, and very helpful. I can recommend this company for sure.

Great service - Will arrived on time, had the right spare parts in the van, quickly identified and fixed the problem with my washing machine with minimum fuss and expense. Highly recommended. Very nice man :)

I would love to recommend this company, i rang them this morning, made a booking, for my dishwasher to be repaired,they were able to come out today. Did a fantastic job, and were very reasonably priced, even their service call. Totally recommend them. :)
