Jim's Glass

I've used the guys at Jim glass a couple times. Once for a broken window another for a shower screen. The boys have done a great job and looked after us. Very organised, reliable and great communication. Very impressed.

I recently had a dog door fitted by Jim's Glass. The initial enquiry was handled promptly and the person who answered the phone had all the information I needed. The glazier showed up exactly at the appointment time for both the measure and the fitting. Throughout the process they were responsive, friendly and professional. The quality of the fitting and the door itself are exceptional and the pricing was great as well.

I can't speak highly enough of the whole experience and I would recommend Jim's Glass to anyone. It was refreshing to deal with a company that provides such a great customer experience as well as the best price.

Our son broke our back window last Thursday evening and we needed to get it fixed quickly as we have a cat inside and two dogs outside that obviously need to be kept separate from each other - not to mention the dangerous shards of glass that remained!
I thought that we would have trouble finding someone to come out so quickly, but was very impressed when our glazier arrived within a few hours of our call the next morning. He was very professional, friendly and quick - the huge back window was fixed within 20 minutes!
We would not hesitate to recommend Jim's Glass to our friends and family and will definitely use them again if the need arises.
