Andersens Ceramics

I am very disgusted at the outcome regarding my floors.
It was never mentioned and I wasn't given care instructions, nor did I sign anything saying their floors are not water proof and cannot be mopped.
I used to clean display houses, so just from my knowledge and experience, I have always used a dry mop but apparently that is not good enough. A huge amount of my floor boards have began to bubble.
I am suspicious of it even being water damage because very minimal water even gets on the floor. And the majority of damage has occurred around the master bedroom, but not around the wet areas? Not to mention it all began just 9 months after installation.
I believe the fault is with the product.
I have Contacted andersens and it took over 4 months to come back with 'water damage' as their conclusion.
I feel very unhappy that iv spent thousands of dollars and i feel I have been treated very unfairly.
I had trust that purchasing from a big company I could be safe. But was wrong!
