Do you have same-day service?
Yes, we offer same-day service for emergency repairs. For general plumbing works, we will fit this in as soon as we can. We can quite often offer same day for these services as well.
Do you offer emergency services?
Yes, we will attend to your plumbing emergency as soon as possible! We understand that if you have no hot water or your toilet is blocked, you need us there fast!

Had toilet put in which cost just over $500 but the wall was damaged each side which couldnt be avoided but couldn’t get anyone to repair it so contacted them and had to pay not only for wall repair and tile but also time to remove the toilet again and put it in again after wall fixed
Felt that cost should have been covered by them as wall should have been repaired before initial install
Very expensive outcome over$1000 to do install plus initial cost of toilet and tile replacement
Very pleasant on phone and willing to assist but the cost was rediculous when I felt they should have worn some or all of the toilet being taken out and replaced a second time
