...Extremely POOR customer relations skills. The owner stated point blank her staff are always right over any customer... After many dress searches my Fiance finally found the dress, when we purchased the dress the sales woman was asked if we could layby the dress as our wedding wasn't till October 2016 the answer was not a problem. Even though I myself signed the layby contract which stated the layby was set down for a lot less time the sales woman reassured us that this wouldn't be a problem. After making continual and ongoing payments weekly some fortnightly and monthly the dress was almost nearing payment completion. My partner went in today 7/05/2016 to make another payment and was belittled and attacked by the owner and bought to tears. Reneging on the verbal contract that her staff had made we payed the layby in complete. Mind you it was never about the money we only needed somewhere to store the dress until the week prior to our wedding. We had also ordered 2 brides maids dresses as well which had to be ordered in, we had no communication as to wether these dresses had arrived. When my partner attended, the owner attempted to try and charge us the full price as the dress maker had increased the price, when it was explained we had been given a price and it was not our issue if the dresses had to be ordered in, she very reluctantly reduced the price even though it wasn't to the prior agreed sale price. When I called up to voice my discussed in her and her company's lack of knowledge in sticking to an agreed verbal contract she then took it upon herself to talk over me and then hung up on me. I then decided to head down to the shop to speak with her and take the dress back as it was stained and marked. When I walked in I was straight away greeted with a very hostile little woman.
