Devons negligence in forwarding paperwork when requested by the bank contributed towards an almost 2 week delay in settlement of property. When I rang to speak with the staff member responsible, they would not take my call, or made an effort to call me back. This non-responsiveness added stress and further upset to the delay. I also gave details to another staff member to pass onto the principle of the business - there was no response from her either. Nor was there a reply when I emailed the principle to try and discuss the matter.

I was charged full price - for a very average service, that lacked professionalism and communication.

Due to my nerve-racking and frustrating experience, in my opinion, I would not recommend this company to look after your property needs. Especially as it naturally can be an emotional ordeal to being with.

I was purchasing my first property and the young lady I dealt with was brilliant. Answered all my questions, was always willing to take my calls. When I came into the office to go through the paperwork she was so bubbly and friendly. Would recommend her and the company to anyone!

They conducted our house settlement. Their initial communication was extremely helpful and any queries or assistance required was answered immediately

The settlement was managed quickly and without delay

after filling in appropriate transfer exemption forms in febuary in their conference room we received a call from them 2 days before settlement day we had to pay another 8 911.00 because they misplaced our forms now we are having problems getting our refund. excuses after excuses now its medicare card seperations, and still no tital deed except the one they sent out with the wrong address they dont like answering phone calls or returning promised calls
