Andrew is a rude, ego driven man, who tried to overcharge me for a job that was later found non compliant by ATCO inspector, after which I was disconnected from gas supply. Any normal person would leave whatever they had planned and come to rectify the problem. Not so with Dianela Plumbing! They had the audacity to promise to come after 3 days, and then never came. I had to hire a different plumber to fix their mistake.



I hope their license will be revoked, as both ATCO inspector and the guy that fixed their mistakes said that job was rushed and they have no idea how a licensed gas fitter would make so many mistakes.



In short, Dianela Plumbing and Gas are a bunch of rude, unprofessional people who would try to rip you off and then leave you hanging.
