Very knowledgable , very helpful , and always happy to engage with my grand children

My visit to the store was disappointing, to say the least. The owner's unprofessional behaviour, from the blaring TV to his unwelcoming attitude and aggression towards my questions, was not what I expected. This is not the kind of service I would like to receive as a customer. He may have been having a bad, but it does not justify taking it out on unsuspecting customers. I give a thumbs down to this business!
