JB Military Antiques

Had my medals mounted at JB Military Antiques. Terrific job and the guys there were so helpful in sourcing the services badges I needed, which had been lost in my move west. Thank you all.

If I could, I'd rate JB Military Antiques with zero stars!



They claimed my package was lost, yet provided no supporting documents or confirmation of my accurate address on the label despite multiple requests by marketplace and myself. It's as if I never paid for the lot!



I'm completely in the dark about whether the lot was shipped to the wrong address, seized, lost, or shipped at all. The employee responsible for shipping no longer works there, leaving no one to confirm. Despite numerous email requests to both the Invaluable customer service team and Nathan, I've received no response. All I asked for was either documented proof of the lost lot or a refund, both of which were ignored.



The lot was a ww2 buckle, and I suspect it was seized by Australian Customs due to a Nаzi ban, as it was shipped around the time the ban was signed into law.



I feel compelled to warn future customers, especially international ones, about the Company's dishonest business practices and complete lack of communication. Save yourself the hassle—I've spent over four months exchanging emails with one simple request: proof that the item was lost.



Seems like both Invaluable and JB Military may be taking advantage of international clientele, knowing that there is no way to get money back. I'll be reporting JB Military Antiques to the appropriate authorities.

Great shop and staff. Had my father's medals fixed here. Quick turnaround and helpful advice. I can absolutely recommend this business.

Had dads' medals mounted by the crew at JB's. They did a fantastic job and were thoroughly professional, also adding that they also carried out research into servicemen and helped me access the old mans records. Cannot thank them enough and have passed on their details to mates and family. Awesome boys!

They sold me a knife which my country's authorities refused entry, After the postal service finally got around to releasing it from customs warehouse and returning it to the sender (my only option) The seller refused to refund the item cost (excluding shipping of course) even when it was returned to him by the postal service untouched and unopened.

These guys kept hiding behind some blunt statement that they don't refund because of "this and that" red tape.

They ended up with my knife back at their hands AND my money and refused to refund a dime of that and do the right thing. We can argue forever on who is "to blame" for not verifying import restrictions beforehand, but the bottom line is, they now have the knife AND my money and are perfectly fine with it, if this is how they treat paying customers, I would do well to steer clear of them,

I had my father's medals mounted by the team at JB's. The work was carried out in a speedy and efficient manner. The staff were very helpful in deciphering dad's service record and managed to see a photo of him in his younger days, which I had never seen before.

Met JB at the Pinjarra fair and he helped me out with knowing what my dad was awarded for his war service. Found dads record for me and it told me what he had been given for his service. JB mounted the medals that afternoon and was a very honest and helpful person.

My husband and I attended the military auction on Sunday and we bought 6 lots, quite cheaply for what we got. The staff were fast in getting the invoices to us and also quick to find and pack our lots. Super impressed and my husband can't wait for the next auction! Karen.

A very well laid out store, right in the heart of the Morley shopping precint. I got to the store on the bus from the city. I had seen the store on the WA Weekender program and on Today tonight. I thought the owner was a colourful and honest dealer who showed me right around the shop with a no pressure sales technique. Will be back for a present for my husband this week.
