The most inefficient, rude, incompetent mechanics in Perth...I paid $800 for a repair service. My car was returned in a much worse condition, which not only posed a safety threat to me, but also to other road users. The vehicle - which by no means was road worthy had to be driven back again to the mechanic for checking. Being 8.5 months pregnant, tail-gated and honked at the whole way because the car would not go above 50 km/hr, it was a highly distressing experience. 3 weeks later, (without being provided a replacement car), West Coast informed me that they could not fix the car (even though they had taken my money already). I asked for a refund so I could use the money to pay another mechanic. Ken, the manager, was rude, defensive and tauntingly replied "You decided to buy this car, not me and I will absolutely not give your money back. I will not have this conversation." Ken walked off and went inside the office, leaving me unattended and absolutely shocked at the counter. This is by far the worst, most unaccountable, unhelpful customer/mechanic service I have ever encountered. This matter will be taken to Consumer Affairs and is currently being reviewed by my lawyer.
