Australian Psoriasis and Eczema Supplies

I paid $1000 for a targeted uvb light therapy device for my psoriasis. When it finally arrived it was only 6 diodes not 9 as described , and was very cheap looking. The business never return emails. They just ignore you.When I rang the phone number, the answer machine was for a different company that they also have running out of the same place. I eventually got on to them, and advised them I wanted a refund. I sent the unused item back via express post, double bubble wrapped, as I received it. I sent a photo of the Australia post receipt to them. Paid extra for a signature to accept. Tracking shows it was received, but nothing from them. I have emailed and phoned, and still no response. In my opinion the whole set up seems really dodgy. I am still trying to get my money back. Wish I’d never trusted them.
