Access Plastic Moulders

I bought some small bushes from them through ebay; they were listed as having free postage. But thought I'd be nice and I offered some money to help with postage. Somehow this confused them and next email I got was telling me I could buy the next size up for $xx (?!). So I replied, why would I want the next size up? Then they responded with a cold, "can you pay $2.20 stamps". Poor comprehension, poor spelling and no manners, haven't they heard of "please"? He didn't even know how to send a pay pal invoice, obviously not very bright, so I said I would send the money to their pay pal email. I sent the money requested but still no thanks. Leaves me wondering what sort of upbringing he has had, no one taught him to say please or thank you when someone offers some kindness out of the blue. But do you need to be taught simple courtesy?



I would be wary dealing with them with this low amount of joy and gratitude.
