Taxpayer who is a friend

City Councils can be made to perform proper public service, especially when they have a history of n

Workers at high levels employed by all City Councils anywhere in Australia are public servants whose incomes are paid by Australian taxpayers, are therefore public servants and therefore have specific requirements to fulfill in performance of their roles. When anyone experiences a lack thereof (for example: if an Engineer makes a statement about whether someone should receive a permit approval for planting indigenous &/or edible fruit providing plants of well below 3M in height behind previously approved parking spaces in which vehicles of up to & beyond 3M in height can already park & have been allowed to do so for years and years, and a Council refuses a permit on this basis, then it becomes a matter for one final discussion with the council and then a matter for the legal system to process and then one for which all taxpayers in Australia will receive an advice, regardless of costs and results. This is fact. Unfortunately the legal system costs a lot for both individuals and city councils. Fortunately for people who inherit money it can be done. Councils need to understand it will also cost them money, and that “that money” comes from taxpayers, across Australia, so the process and outcomes will be closely monitored and widely reported - across multiple versions of formal media as well as many more of social media - as it should be. Results perceived as “utterly unacceptable in 2024, particularly given what’s already occurring in the same physical space & given there’s ZERO no new negative impacts to car drivers, including bad car drivers who shouldn’t still have their license” across Australia will not only negatively impact the reputation of the Council involved, but also that of people who work in specific positions at the Council at the time, and therefore their future careers.
