Such great customer service, easy going and very helpful. I love my bike and bike riding but as for being mechanically minded let’s just say that’s when these guys step up to the plate. They were more than happy to help and did so in a timely fashion with excellent communication and standards. I certainly felt comfortable leaving my much loved bike in their capable hands and will continue to do so into the future.

We have bought six bicycles here back before the ownership change. Recently, my daughter purchased a lovely Giant Roam RX0 Hybrid and all the goodies to make it uniquely her own. She has me so jealous because it is such a nice bike. My Giant peregee hybrid is about 8 years old I think but is still in perfect shape and I have no excuse to upgrade to the Roam RX0! Shane is a hard worker and does a great job giving the customer what they need and want.
