WRW Mechanical Repairs

Very dishonest, no communication with customer. Quoted $350 for job, was charged over $600. Other jobs, parts and labor added on top of original quote without advising me. Charged $180 for a belt kit I could have purchased for $70 on Ebay, No discussion or communication. Money hungry or to complacent and out of touch with the real world.
Plain dishonest mechanics, it's this type that give repair shops and good honest mechanics a bad name.
Excuse was because I talked to his employee and not him, Logically I would not make decisions for a customer I have never spoken to or met. Not very bright Warren.

Warren and the boys have been great at getting my old HJ45 up and going and have always informed me of the big jobs coming, so no surprises down the track. Excellent service, affordable prices and jobs complete in a timely manner. Thanks WRW.
