Dr Franks is the kindest, most empathetic GP I have been to. She thinks holistically about the person and takes all symptoms into account before making a recommendation.

I have sent many friends to her over the years and they have all come back thrilled. I feel so lucky to have found her. I know my family and I are in good hands.
