exceptional service !!!!

Unbelievably incompetent! I booked online for a taxi to pick my children up from school. when the school contacted me to say that my kids had been waiting out the front for 45 minutes i followed up my booking. When i spoke to the operator i was told that they had not seen my booking and a cab had been allocated the job. I was told that the soonest they could get to the children would not be for another hour. I was then told that it was best to call rather than book online. When i objected and asked 'why have an online booking service if you only acknowledge the orders that are phoned through', i was told that i should have been more organised and not have called 45 minutes prior to requiring a pick up.

I will never, ever, EVER call again...

I used a taxi this morning to get from Mt Barker to Ashford hospital. The woman driving the car (so sorry I did not catch her name) was friendly and professional. We had a lovely conversation during the drive. She arrived right on time which meant I arrived at hospital early than expected. This allowed for a stress free start to my day. I highly recommend this service. The taxi was very clean and neat too.
