Great Southern Domestic Cleaning

Firstly DO NOT use this company. When I booked I explained it was a home vacate clean and due to just having a baby it was hard for me to do on my own.



The day of the vacate arrived but 9:00am came around .. no cleaners. I called several times and left messages but no answers.



10:30am came around … still no cleaners.

I kept calling but no answer to calls or texts.



Eventually I receive a text at 12:30pm apologising and asking if they could come the following day which was after I was due out of the house. I called again and after a number of attempts my call was finally answered.



I was told her employees were unable to come which by this time was pretty apparent. No explanation why no one had shown up or contacted me earlier even saying ‘I have no good reason’



Completely unprofessional and it felt like a backyard sham company.



Do your research and don’t get stuck like I did.
