I was treated rudely without respect regarding the need to get my piece of equipment analysed for repair. I was told i would be sent a text update in the afternoon …which didn’t happen. I know people are stretched at the moment so I waited until the next day to send a query re progress, at which point I was told that I was on the job list for the following day.

I decided to call in at the shop the following day after midday and found that it was still untouched, and was told again I was in the queue…at which point I requested that due to urgency and lack of service I would prefer a refund. After accusing me of not telling that it was urgent he then thumped my equipment onto the counter unnecessarily hard so if it wasn’t broken before it may well be now..NOT HAPPY..

Thank you Tony and Across Technology for steering me through the maze of computer technology. Whether it's the PC or my new laptop, your efficient and cheerful assistance is greatly appreciated.

The price was a small fraction of a new phone. Well worth doing to extend the life of the phone with no annoying cracks.
