We feel ripped off and let down by this company. We had a new front fence and gates built by these guys but can only say that the quality of their workmanship is extremely poor. We had to help source the timber as they couldn't get any through their supplier despite assuring us that yes, they could definately get the timber we wanted in the correct lengths. We found the timber at Bunnings!!! Whilst they were all very polite at the outset, when we requested that they return to fix their work, the crew were rude to us! They damaged our rendering which we had to fix and repaint. We have since discovered that many of the timber slats lacked screws and the screws that were inserted were broken anyway. We are now in the process of fixing it ourselves. When i emailed Gary Martin, requesting reimbursement of our time and money, and advising him of the rudeness of his staff, he discounted the final cost by $250. We paid thousands for this job and are extremely disappointed in what we got for our money. We do not recommend this company at all. We give them one star only because this review requires a star rating. Not only poor quality work but rude staff to boot! Save your money and look elsewhere.
