I was dealing with this nursery in Mt Gambier Gardenarium (run by Calum Haygarth) between April and August 2014 to supply me with a special rose I was looking for as a memorial for my sister. There was a minimum 3 rose order, therefore I just ordered two other roses, for the sake of getting the one rose I was after. I waited four months, when it was supposed to take maximum 2 months and I was never communicated with any progress. When the order arrived at my door, only the two extra roses arrived and not the one I actually wanted. I then contacted them to question where the rest of my order was and they told me their supplier went bankrupt and they may not be getting it. Therefore I expressed that I was disappointed with the service and lack of communication throughout the process, as otherwise, I would have cancelled my entire order and looked elsewhere, instead of waiting four months for a product that was not available. This is a snippet of how they responded to my concerns over the order:

RESPONSE FROM GARDENARIUM: "If you want to be a complete b&*ch in life thats your call, youll attract bees with honey more than vinegar ! The roses are coming in to today and we are NOT going to send it, so suck up your nasty ways girlfriend !!! It hasn't paid off."

I responded to this and was told swearing was common language, I never knew swearing at your customers was a common thing to do..speechless. Bear in mind, the above was only a snippet of how I was spoken to.

I am utterly shocked as to how this awful man can run a business and a Landscape Architecture consultancy (Calum Haygarth) be aware a nasty piece of work.

p.s yellow pages told me to remove the profanity (starting with B, therefore, it may not be common language)
