Sold equipment that was faulty from day 1. Initially fixed under warranty but they've still never been 100% right - Now being charged for further adjustments a few months later (partially fair, but some of it should be warranty).
I run a business that relies on this equipment yet the attitude is unapologetic and mostly complaining about being too busy to fix them.
However the blame for faulty equipment lies mostly with Honda.
