Purchased a new Massport self-perprelled mower a few months ago, and I have found that not only was it the best product for me but, every time leading up too and the delivery of the mower I was treated with respect, and kept in the loop ETA, not to mention the time they spent when they delivered the mower explaining the runnings of the mower to help me get the best results. Ok firstly, dropped off machines to be fixed. Get a phone call on the quote a day and a half later. Give the ok to do the job. Ring next day to get an eta on the repairs. Mindless girl on the phone says that it will be by midweek next week. Due to them down a mechanic. If i was told this at the start i would not have got it done. Personality is a big no at this place. Communication is well lacked. I will be telling the owner/manager that the phone manner of the girl was the most inappropriate i have even encounted. I go there often but have never had to talk to the girl there. Im so dissapointed and have missed out on jobs due to the lack of communication.

Many years ago my friends purchased a Masport mulching mover from this shop.
They recently bought a new engine for the machine at a very good price.
The shop followed the guidelines very well and they seem to have got all they asked for a cheaper price than competitors. The salesman said this shop buys lots of new engines and can get them at good prices. If your old engine is playing up ask these guys for a quote on a new engine. You may have a pleasant surprise.
