If you value your dogs wellbeing or overall happiness at all then you will never be caught dead visiting this vet clinic. However if you are a fan of rude staff, worrying about your dog all day, disrespect and a feeling of overall turmoil then this is the vet for you. It all started when I rolled up to the curb to drop my dog off at the clinic. I was greeted by a rude nurse who on immediate meeting insulted my dog by calling her 'chunky' and laughing in front of other customers who commented when the nurse walked away 'that was rude' amongst themselves. Having a sick dog during a pandemic is an already distressful ordeal and when the vet clinic fails to organise itself in a dutiful manner it causes a world of unnecessary stress. I am further appalled by the organisation of the clinic, they were booked out and gave my dog an in house appointment which was fine. The problem was that when I inquired at Warners Bay Vet Clinic they were only having one customer at a time so that the owner was allowed to come in, which was distressing to know as I could have been there for my dog as she suffers from anxiety. My overall thoughts on this clinic are; good vets, really rude nursing staff, improvements in organisation and competency desperately needed.
