Booked a service in specifically to get piston cups replaced, Jef from flow Crete charged me $1750 saying the piston cups had been reviewed and still had a few months left of use. All this written on the invoice and a day later it was still making the same noise so I pulled out the piston cups and they were beyond ruined, The slump box water had not even been dumped so they were never checked at all yet all of this was written on the invoice. Jef knew I was new to pumping and thought I got the truck cheap. When I questioned him about it saying it would have cost me $20000 and his reply was actually they are only $15000, I have photos of the invoice, piston cups and slurry box with dates. When questioned he was completely rude. I am a small business who poured my savings into this truck. Do not trust or recommend this company and will be telling others the same.
