The pharmacist on duty went out of her way to help me today,even though she had a shop full of customers.

Totally rude pharmasist with no customer service. Fullfilling a strong subscription for my son who just had his tonsils out after staying in hospital overnight. I understand you need to do your job and ask lots of question. However doesnt cost anything to be nice and compasionate. Arent they in a Customer service industry?

I am a regular customer of this chemist for nearly 4 and half years. I have always recommended to my friends this pharmacy and brought new customers to them. Me and my girlfriend we spend or rather, we always have been spent a lots of money from them. Among medicines, multivitamins, makeup, cosmetics products, household products, eyeglasses and medical certificates. Today after work (11:40PM) I went to ask for a medical certificate as not having enough much sleep the night before (I suffer from light insomnia) and I had come to a strong headache this morning, so I skipped the tafe class. Within the pharmacy immediately I notice that the people who worked were new. A girl with glasses comes to speak with me and with a tone and attitude not very friendly at all, when I ask for the certificate makes me questions like: how come you skipped class? Had exams to give? Had assigments to be delivered? My answer was "NO" for all the questions above. "It's just for my attendance for not to decrease it." But what kind of questions are I wonder? Instead of asking me if I felt better. In short, my certificate was DENIED, since I had asked already for a similar one EIGHT days ago. ( P.S. in 6 months i missed class 8 days in total including today) I was told to go see a doctor because they cannot help me. (it's a joke? for a headache?) Ohh, here we are, now I understand. That maybe has to do with the fact that I'm from foreign country? All right. You will never see me anymore in your pharmacy. Not even my friends and this is guaranteed. Before hiring new people, check out who you hire. They will ruin your name. A very disappointed customer.

Called before driving down at 3am on a Saturday morning, with chronic ear pains. Found the guy on the phone woefully disinterested, unprofessional and unwilling to help, other than to wait for a GP next week. Couldn't answer simple questions on services they offer at the pharmacy nor weekend clinical services. Disappointing given my previous positive experiences face to face there!
