Beach Box Fish & Chips

After reading some of the negative reviews, I can only speak from my service and it was fantastic, the wait time was 2 minutes (although maybe a quiet time) but very impressed.

Food was excellent will definitely go back. Fish in particular was amazing, thanks.

I went to this place with friends for some fish & chips while visiting the area. Firstly it took over 20 minutes to get my order, and even then I had to go & ask for it. Secondly when I went to pay for an ice cream afterwards I was waiting for 2 minutes at the counter to be served, a guy & a girl behind the counter were just ignoring me, so I politely asked the guy if I could pay for it, he threw his stuff down & said; "I'll just stop what I'm doing to serve you shall I" in a loud & aggressive voice. When I told him how rude & poor customer service that was he started swearing at me & told me to leave if I didn't like it.
That is the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Stay well clear of this place.
