Just Muts

This the second time there for my two babies. Had both washed, nails cut and one summer cut. Did a wonderful job on both of them.

They did a terrible job, we asked for a trim and they completely shaved our beautiful Pomeranian. When we complained about the job, she was arrogant and admitted that they didn’t even bother contacting us before shaving. We would much rather have used another service. Not only was the job bad but our dog was dehydrated and lacked energy by the end of it, they didn’t bother giving him any water. Would not recommend this place.

I take my boy Sammy every 2 weeks for a wash, trim, brushing and general tidy up and as he is a long haired pedigree Cocker Spaniel I am always more than happy with the professional job done and Sammy just loves Helen and all the girls at the parlour as they are always friendly and treat the dogs with love and care. Sammy is now 1 1/2 years old and prior to him my last dog, also a pedigree Cocker Spaniel received the professional care of Just Muts for the last 9 years. I would definitely recommend them to any dog owner / lover.

I took my 2 dogs there at 9am & was told to pick them up at 3pm so they were there for 6 hrs. It was a very hot day & when I picked up the dogs they were both very heat stressed. It took about 5min to get home. The little girl started to recover once she was home in the air conditioning & had 6 drinks of water.The boy had 8 drinks & was not recovering. Within 1/2hr of picking up the dogs I was on my way to the VET with my boy. His temp was very high & the Vet had him on wet towels with a cool pack & the Vet wouldn't let us leave until his temp came down. We were there for about 1 1/2hrs before the Vet would let us leave.Not Happy at ALL. I could have lost my boy. I will not use them again.

Have been using this pet groomer for many many years. Extremely happy with the professional work she does and wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else. My dog is in and out within a few hours and I have never had a problem there. Will continue to send my dog there and highly recommned Helen.

Worst pet groomer i've ever encountered! Not only was her communication poor and lacking . She said my dog will be ready after 3pm so i assume anytime after that, didnt mention anything about late and late fee . So my husband came at close to 5 after work but apparently their closing time varies each day. She claims she was sitting around doing nothing for 2 hours and blamed me for not calling. I asked why didnt she call but she got my number down wrong and also blamed me for giving the wrong number as if I dont know what my number is. On top of this atrocity , the late fee was $10 per hour but she tried to rip me off and charge me $15 but lucky my husband saw the price written, her explanation was that she was just rounding it off. In total i got charged $90 for a toy pomeranian in which i pay less for in the city and i get this lack of customer service and business etiquette.
