Mountain Top Tiling

Geoff worked on 2 of our bathrooms and they are beautiful. He does the tricky tiling a lot of tilers don't want to do. If you have heritage and federation style, he's the one for the job.

Not usually one to post a review however due to the stress, time and money wasted because of Geoff terrible tiling work to our bathroom, I feel obligated to warn anyone against hiring this man. He not only laid our floors tiles to have huge lips and with uneven grout lines, but he cut them to be all chipped and crooked, stained them by grouting without sealing first and then ruined our wall grout with the floor grout as he didn’t even attempt to prep the space. He was unprofessional, did not respect our property and made every excuse under the sun as to why he did a terrible job (e.g. telling my mother our Italian marbles tiles were made out of fibreglass and that he was tired because his wife snores and he has a sore throat). The worst part is because he totally ruined the flooring, we had to rip it up and start again, costing us money and more time without our only bathroom. Don’t waste your time with this man or company.

I’m not one to usually write a bad review however Geoff wasted our time and money and I’d hate for this to happen to another person. Geoff ruined our hexagonal marble tiles by cutting them incorrectly and grouting them before sealing them, left huge lips/ sunken tiles across the whole bathroom floor, didn’t prep before grouting the floor and got grey grout all over our white wall grout and left huge gaps between the wall and floor tiles. Our whole floors had to be redone by another tiler, costing us time without our only bathroom and money. Very disappointed.
