Daikin Australia, worst service. Never purchase from this crowd. If your unit breaks down in warranty, their communication system seems to be designed to make you give up and purchase a competitor brand unit. They make you pay upfront for parts and labour. I'm yet to traverse the claim part of their cruel process.

We are the unfortunate owners of a Daikin home heater. Unfortunate because the thing is constantly not working properly and hasn't been working at all now for three weeks. Daikin now tell us it will be another week before someone can come and look at it. When will it be fixed well that's another question. They still can't tell us what the problem is. When it will be fixed - who knows. Who cares? Certainly not Daikin. The fact that its the middle of one of Melbourne's coldest winters ever - well that doesn't faze Daikin. No cause for Daikin to take an interest in the matter or to give it any urgency. Whatever you do, don't buy a Daikin heater.
