Family Care Medical Centre

I've had a number of health issues over the past few years that have come quickly with age sadly! The reception and doctors here are unbelievably helpful and patient especially through Covid. Rita in particular at reception has been a Godsend for me. Can't recommend them highly enough.

This has been my clinic to go to for the last 12 years, never had any problems with booking a time that suits me and Dr Botros has always provided exceptional care and is very knowledgeable.

Excellent clinic. The environment is very clean and up to date. I don't feel too "hospital" when waiting. The nurses and doctors were very helpful. Only problem is the terribleness of channel 7 news!

On every visit I'm left waiting at least an hour past when my appoint was just to see a doctor. They never have any good reason apart from that the doctor is running late. The waiting room is always full and those who visit regularly are never prioritised.

Sitting in the waiting room currently and this place is awful! The receptionist with the blonde hair is rude not only to me but other patients. She also neglected to enter my details into the system when I handed back the form. I've been waiting almost an hour in this uncomfortable chair. Pathetic. Take your business elsewhere!
