Very poor customer service re manufacturing defect

Paint issue on Kona bought from new. Essendon fields request we get 3 quotes, one being a recommended repairer in airport west. All had same total price & explained how job will be done. Hyundai decided on their repairer in derrimut twice as far to get to & half the price in cost. Wasn’t doing repair in same way as others. Very poor customer are. Take forever to reply if ever!
