If I could give them a minus 10 stars I would.

Kurt, Maree and Summer, extremely incompetent and act like the tenant's paying them and not the owner. Can't even trust them with paying your bills.

My Water rates were not paid t and their excuse was, they forgot.

Council rates weren't paid, they didn't say a word. I rang the Council and discovered that I had been fined for being in arrears.



Tried speaking to their manager Courtney, who is extremely rude and arrogant, refused to listen to me, lied to me that it wasn't their fault and refused to allow me to send him documentary proof, showing it was the agents' fault the bills weren't paid.
