My wife recommended we use Ian Ross and Associates after they have been looking after her family for years.

I have been very impressed with the level of profressionalism and the speed in which Ian and Ashley have communicated with us.

They have been very forgiving of my post-it note type filing system and can quickly make sense of what I have been recording.

They have also provided advise on the the type of documentation I needed to make extra claims on medical that I did not know I could make.

And to cap this off they do this with good natured tollerance of our two year old that we need to bring along (they even have toys to amuse her)
