I have nothing but praise for the exemplemary customer service I received from Scorpion Automotive!!! My neglected old car started making neglected noises on the freeway, and I pulled off at Forster road. I rang Scorpion as they were close by and asked if I could have my car towed to them, and if they could fit me into their schedule, they were very accomadating and assured me they could help.

As soon as my car was dropped off the mechanic dropped what he was working on and gave a good open diagnostic of my car and its problems.

We both agreed the problems were major, on an old already worn out car and that Scorpion advised it was not really worth me spending money, and Scorpion spending time on fixing it.

So I decided to have it towed to a wreckers.

Once the the dodgy "we tow cars free" guy showed up.... he started a slick sales pitch, that I had no interest in, I did not want to negotiate, just get a fair price from the wreckers.

The staff at scorpion stepped in and made sure I wasn't fleeced by these charlatans.

I didnt properly thank all of the staff, but I would like to now.

I would reccomend Scorpion Automotive to anyone!!
