Service Scene

Adrian is full of promises with no follow through. His staff member Lim is even worse with such a poor understanding of Customer Service. I do not recommend you waste time or money with this lot. 3 months of waiting for no action and no accountability.

This male call himself the boss and said his name Adrian, but he doesn't know customer service and very unprofessional, I suggest to his staff Lim to find work with other shop or open his own shop, I never heard or see a boss has a bad attitude and show it to his staff... What a pity, but I will feel sorry more if me or other people has to service our TV, DVD, etc to this shop... So please find other shop... I have report this mater to Australian Consumer Law (Ref no. C2014/09/004718)... I put rating one star as I couldn't put none here, they not even deserve one star from us...
