I wish I had of read these reviews before placing my order. 24hrs after placing my order, I have tried to reach them via email, call and text with no answer or response! How do you run a business like this?!! Extremely frustrating and will never order from this company again.

Absolutely avoid them. They sent a short length of bubble wrap, but there was no compensation. Can you believe that packaging supplier mistakenly mix up 50m rolls and 100m rolls? I received two packages from different sender addresses and all of them were 50m rolls. What I ordered were 100m rolls though.

Placed an order, they took my money straight away, however three weeks later when I was chasing up where my order was, instead of reaching out to advise what was going on, I just get a generic "order cancelled" email.

Wrong items delivered, followed up by phone and multiple emails with no response. Timing is crucial for packing and moving so I had to proceed with using the wrong boxes, when I paid for more expensive type. So disaapointing. Avoid this business.

Advertised a delivery service, asked when it would be picked up after purchase and then when informed the delivery option had been chosen they edited the post BEFORE replying with “it clearly states pickup only”. Get. Real. Do not trust, do not buy, do not associate with this business.

Don't buy from this company. Shipped wrong item and hard to contact. After contacting after several attempts they've agreed to ship correct product which has never occured.

Absolute scammers once you've made payment!
