Best Madras curry beef i have tasted for a long time. Reasonable price. Good service. Plenty of rice and a good serve of curry.
Going back next week for their $10.50 lunch.

Absolutely awful. My father and I have ordered three times from this takeaway, as they are local and offer free delivery. Our first occasion eating with Queen Indian was close to their opening and was OK. As it was so close and relatively cheap, we decided to order from them again. Here are our TWO awful following experiences.

1. We ordered a butter chicken, butter prawn, poppadoms and ginger beer. They first showed up with only our curries, 10 minutes late. As we were too excited for food, we didn't notice that half our order was missing. We called them back, as we realised 5 minutes after. They came back, 15 minutes later with the poppadoms. Told them they forget the ginger beer. Comes back with the ginger beer 10 minutes later. Delivery guy was very apologetic and we decided it must have just been a busy/stressful night. Still unimpressed, but we decide we can give them a second chance. This was about a month ago.

2. Ordered tonight at 8:13pm. We were told it would take 25 minutes to arrive. It arrived at 9:07PM!!! There was no explanation for the lateness and no discount, my father dealt with it and didn't have the nerve to ask. We'd already rang to ask why it was so late and we got an answer machine. Incredibly vexed, we get to the food. My butter chicken is like WATER. Not even hot, tastes flavourless and has only filled half of the container. I have never been more disgusted by takeaway food in my life. My father offered me some of his and his prawns tasted like dishwater, although he ate them anyway. I have tried calling to complain and have received the answer machine again. Will never buy from them again. Always willing to give a second chance, but that was POOR. I wish I could rate them 0/5.

Will try to call again tomorrow to receive a refund.
