The pebblecrete looks nothing like the colour I paid $1200 extra for. A vast difference. They blame the pebblecrete supplier

New tiles are 10mm higher than the rest of the tiles

Didnt think siliconing the entirely around the new tiles added was part of what they quoted. It looks like an awful mess and im so deeply upset with the result and they didn't care. Such poor workmanship. Steer clear and find someone else to do the job

They say that the entire machine needs to be replaced if only one simple component can be replaced.

Paid over 7k for a total pool reno and all the filler they applied didnt stick and fell out. They had a some traveller back packer do all the work??? Also in hindsight they were unlicensed. Approached dept of fairtrading and they couldnt get him because he wasnt licenced. Chased up other customers and got similar stories. If you want good work done. Dont get this guy. We got him to come back and look at the damage and he said our pool was moving....been there for 40yrs. Wanted to charge us other 1800 to repair his damage. Dodgy as dodgy gets.
