I rang Ackland’s Pest Control Company, they came out on the day we booked and they removed the wasps nest and killed the remaining wasps. Professional job.

A very under par experience with this company. Firstly the tradesperson sent out, Vince, was very arrogant and sarcastic in his manner.. refused to work outside with literally '2' spots of rain from the heavens! Added to this he took off whilst I was on the phone to his boss. His boss, Jacqui, was no more hospitable than he was .. very argumentative and one-sided, clearly lacking in any true customer service skills. To any interested persons reading this - please stay clear.

We have used Ackland Pest Control annually for the past five years. Their services have always been efficient and professional from the initial booking through to the completion of the service. We have had Ackland pest control out twice in the last 18 months. Both times the technician has been professional, arrived within the times that the office said he would and the problem has been fixed. We are just about due to have our annual termite inspection done and I will not hesitate to contact Ackland pest control again.

Do not go with ackland pest control! We had a terrible experience whereby our bird problem was never fixed properly in the first place. Technician had to come back out again after a few months but this did not solve the problem either. And to top it all off, they were very rude on the phone and didn't want to know about the problem when we tried to call back again. Very poor service & bad manners.
