What a rip off. Been customer for 7 years, in today for my 12 month checkup with new referral. Becaise it has been 12 months and 24 days since my last visit I was charged a specialist consultation fee instead of a general consultation fee like previous years, an extra $120+, not happy. Reception staff did not care and uninterested. You pull silly stunts like that and think its OK. I will never visit this clinic again

I was here today for a appointment... it is been more than an hour still waiting and people who came after me were served first
